Mitie exp和s battery 能源 storage 和 electrical engineering capabilities with addition of former G2 能源 team

The announcement follows Mitie’s previous acquisitions of 岩石电源连接 和 定制太阳能 as it continues to grow its 能源 和 decarbonisation capabilities
Mitie is exp和ing its high voltage electrical 和 civil engineering capabilities by welcoming the former G2 能源 team 对它的业务. Prior to its liquidation, G2 能源 supported a wide variety of engineering projects across the UK, including battery 能源 storage solutions, renewable 能源 generation such as wind turbines 和 solar PV, 和 electric vehicle charging hubs, which capabilities will now be delivered by Mitie.
The addition of the former G2 能源 team will also provide Mitie with the capability to provide Contestable Works at voltages up to 和 including 132kV as well as National Grid self-bay works up to 400kV. 除了, the team will provide end to end project delivery, from design 和 installation, to project management 和 connection onto the grid, as well as proactive 和 reactive maintenance.
More than 40 members of the former G2 能源 team, including its senior leadership, have joined the Mitie 项目 business 和 will support Mitie’s existing capabilities in 能源, decarbonisation 和 high voltage electrical engineering services, complimenting the work of its 岩石电源连接 和 定制太阳能 企业.
